1. Candidates must be innovative products or technologies launched in 2023-2025

2. No more than 3 products or technologies can be registered for each enterprise, and only 1 type of products or technologies can be selected for evaluation

3 The products or technologies registered must meet the following criteria:

Be innovative: Innovation is a key driver of the personal care industry, and new ideas and technologies can deliver more effective, safe and environmentally friendly products that meet the changing needs of the market and consumers:

- Security: there is a safety assessment report and the relevant data report data support;
- Efficacy/performance: either surpass other similar products, or be the first in the industry, and are supported by relevant data reports;
- Cost effectiveness: higher than other similar products;
- Green/sustainable: The use of sustainable methods/technologies in all aspects from raw material procurement, production and processing to the final treatment of products, and the support of relevant data/reports/certificates.

It has the value of promoting the development of the industry.
Have good market performance and user feedback.

4. Applicants must meet the following intellectual property requirements:

The participating technology/product must be the original design of the participating company, does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party, and does not violate any relevant laws and regulations.
Technical/product related legal issues, not limited to reputation rights, copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, patent rights and other legal issues, are the responsibility of the evaluation enterprise. If the organizing committee finds that the technology/product is suspected of plagiarism, infringement or raises any questions, demands, lawsuits, claims or other rights claims of any third-party products, the organizing committee has the right to revoke the right to participate in the evaluation of the technology/product at any time, and revoke the award honor that the technology/product/enterprise has won. The participating enterprises will be responsible for all the compensation for penalty, economic or honor loss or other damage caused by the infringement claims of the third party due to the use of technology/products by the organizing committee.
For all the participating products, the competition organizing committee has the right to publicize, report and display the products free of charge.
Copyright liability: The information submitted by the participating technology/product must be true, such as infringement caused by copyright, copyright and patent rights related to the product shall be fully responsible for the submitting enterprise.

5. Other points to note:

The participating technology/product must be the original design of the participating company, does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party, and does not violate any relevant laws and regulations.
If the judges have questions about the technology/product, we will ask you to provide a written statement and evidence of your eligibility.

Products
